It's all about FUN!
In the Children's Area at Festival on the Bay, families visiting the Festival will have plenty of activities available to entertain children of all ages. The Children's Area is in Bayfront Park, near the clocktower.
Activity Schedule:
Friday, August 20, 1 to 5 pm
Golf Putt - Petoskey Stone Hunt - Juice Ring Toss - Nail and Face Painting - Tattoos (Temporary) - Dog Tags - Video Games, including Guitar Hero - Football Toss - Crafts (sand art, kite-making, stepping stones, water bracelets, bird feeders) - The Royal Lipizzan Stallions from 1 to 3 pm
The Red Cross WHALE Tales activities will give youth and parents the chance to learn important water safety through hands on activities. Kids can practice reaching and trhowing assists that are used to help a struggling swimmer, try on life jackets, and compete with others to balance a "boat".
Saturday, August 21, 10 am to 5 pm
Bounce House - Golf Putt - Petoskey Stone Hunt - Juice Ring Toss - Nail and Face Painting - Tattoos (temporary) - Dog Tags - Video Games, including Guitar Hero - Football Toss - Crafts (sand art, kite-making, stepping stones, water bracelets, bird feeders) - The Royal Lipizzaner Stallions 1 to 3 pm - Dunk Tank from 11 am to 4 pm - Jania the Magic Lady balloon twisting from 1 to 4 pm - Kite Flying with the Rocking Horse Toy Company from 4 to 6 pm in Festival Place
